When doing the toxic offshoots / champions - look for the blue commander icons on the maps or watch map chat. They're running them in a pattern as a group. That'll help you stay alive too, instead of trying to attack champs on your own.
You need to get a transcribing device from Priory Arcanist Dolja (in Kessex Hills) before you can transcribe the Krait obelisks. You need to transcribe 24 total.
Oh, and getting to the Krait witch when she's up is kind of a pain in the butt. You have to swim down below the tower. There's an opening on 1 side. And then hope you get down there before the group kills it (or if you're like me you get there just as she dies and everyone leaves).
