When you open your Achievement Chests, you'll receive PvP item skins. Simply Deposit Collectibles and those skins will be banked in your PvP locker.
If you happen to get a duplicate, you can either delete the duplicate, or go to the PvP staging area and purchase a PvP salvage kit to salvage the item.
