The achievements might be the same, the content might be the same, but the rewards are new. So it can be worth your while to do the content again, if you've done it before.
The wonderful people at dulfy.net can always be counted on for the achievement guides that they put together. They're usually available shortly after the content is launched. They include the easiest ways to get achievements. They also share all sorts of other good information, so I recommend that site for anyone who needs game help.
Here's the link to their full achievement guide for Blood and Madness.
I'm also going to share help, which was also on dulfy.net... the maps of all the carving pumpkin locations. For anyone (myself included) who needs to carve pumpkins for achievements.
Lion's Arch (25)
Queensdale (29)
Gendarran Fields (27)
Kessex Hills (22)
Holding down CNTL (Control) will help make the pumpkins more visible. You can run thru with one toon, and switch toons and run through again. There are also Carving pumpkins available in the Mad Labyrinth.
My opinion below
Good way to knock out achievements (daily content achievements too) is to go into the Mad Labyrinth and look for the commander tag. There will typically be a group running the map. You'll want to follow the group. It's safer being in there if you're with other people as it is easy to get overwhelmed by the amount of baddies running around in there in any given area. Also... the group running the map will typically be running through doing all the "doors". So unless you want to piss the map off I wouldn't recommend joining the map and randomly opening doors. Obviously... it's your choice as to how you play the game. But not really good gamer etiquette to intentionally be disruptive to everyone else.
I recommend starting out with your bags as empty as possible as you'll be picking up a ton of stuff. They tend to run through the maps like a giant train. Tons of kills. Tons of events with opening the doors. I made that mistake last night and when you're running with the train you don't end up with a lot of time to stop and fix your inventory situation. And as quick as the groups tend to move on after doors... you don't want to get left behind as a straggler. Also, I personally (although I think a lot of others would agree) if you're doing the door events such as the Grand High Viscount of Candy Corn, the Skeletal Lich or he Labyrinthine Horror... if you get downed, people do typically try to pick people up. However, depending on how big or not big, the group is, it might not always be possible. If you end up completely dead it's a good idea to waypoint and come back to the fight. Those fights tend to take awhile, so chances are you'll still make it back before the fight ends. Either way, you can still get the rewards. But having a whole group laying there dead waiting for the fight to be over doesn't help anybody.
That last bit, just my opinion. From things I've observed while I've been playing. Not saying you have to do what I do. Just trying to be helpful.
All for now. Toodles
